Job summary

Diamond Nail Supplies in Sydney is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant, a full-time entry-level role supporting our digital campaigns across social media, email, and website. You’ll work with our marketing team from Lansvale, with some independent tasks and flexible scheduling.

The ideal candidate is completing or has completed a marketing degree, has basic design skills (Photoshop / Canva) and a keen interest in nail/beauty retail. Training provided, great team culture.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Word/Excel and able to produce reports.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Canva for simple edits.
• Familiar with social media platforms and trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, edit and schedule content for social pages, edms, blogs, and website listings.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance.
• Respond to basic enquiries via email and social channels.
• Plan and implement promotional activities such as giveaways.
• Edit videos/clips for YouTube and social stories and create graphics for posters and banners.
• Support ad hoc duties as required.

Job description

We are a leading nail and beauty supplier in Sydney looking to expand our team. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant, who is available 5 days per week, to assist with our digital marketing activities across social media, email, and our website.

This position is an entry level role suited to someone who is currently undertaking or has recently completed a marketing degree or similar and has an interest in the nail or beauty industry. You will work alongside our Digital Marketing team based in our Lansvale premises, but must also be able to work independently. If you're creative, adaptable and detail oriented, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Create, plan, edit and schedule content for our social pages, edms, blogs, website listings etc
• Monitor, analyse and create reports of the above campaigns.
• Respond to basic enquiries through email and social media channels.
• Plan and implement promotional activities such as giveaways, etc.
• Basic editing of videos and clips for YouTube and social story posts.
• Creation and editing of graphics for posters, product packaging, website banners, etc.
• Other ad hoc duties as required

Required Skills

• High level of computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva or similar design tools
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks

Desired Skills (But Not Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or working towards same.
• Any previous experience in a similar role
• Experience managing business or non-personal accounts on Tik Tok, Facebook and Instagram.
• Experience working with eCommerce platforms such Shopify
