Job summary

Macro Mike on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Social Media & Content Creator to fuel our health-food campaigns. You’ll plan, shoot, and edit social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more, bringing ideas to life from concept to camera.

You’ll write engaging captions and hooks, spotting trends to keep campaigns fresh and aligned with our brand voice. This role blends creativity with strategy, offering hands-on production and performance insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a marketing, brand or campaign role.
• Strong background in organic social campaign planning and execution.
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop content plans, calendars, ideas and creative concepts in line with our brand strategy.
• Manage social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and others.
• Work with the Graphic Design & Paid Media Team to bring ideas to life.
• Write engaging social copy, captions, hooks and other content.
• Identify social trends and content opportunities.
• Support collaboration with influencers to develop and coordinate social content and campaigns.
• Plan, coordinate and execute content shoots.
• Capture and edit social-first photo and video content for organic socials.
• Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories and UGC-style content.
• Monitor social media performance and audience engagement to understand what’s working and identify opportunities.
• Contribute to performance reporting and use insights to inform future content and social media strategies.

We’re on the hunt for an experienced, hands‑on Social Media & Content Creator who gets energy creating fresh, rippa content, and who understands what good content looks like.

Shoots are a big part of the role. You’ll bring social content to life from concept to camera, planning and filming content across multiple social platforms.
