All About Social, part of the All About Media group, is a creative social media and digital marketing agency seeking a Social Media Account Manager. You will manage client accounts, develop content strategies, and oversee day-to-day execution across Meta, TikTok and other platforms.

This office-based, full-time role demands creativity, analytics, and the ability to adapt to trends, with training in professional filming techniques and AI-assisted design tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing client social media accounts across brands and agencies.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager and Instagram best practices.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools and CapCut for short-form content.
• Ability to film content using a mobile phone.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client social media accounts across Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Develop content calendars, write captions, and collaborate on visuals and videos.
• Create and edit engaging social media content including reels and stories.
• Film content using mobile or professional cameras as required.
• Utilise AI tools to enhance content development and production.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices for top performance.
• Monitor Meta Ads campaigns and analyse performance.
