Job summary

Reece Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Social Impact Manager to strengthen the link between the Reece Foundation and the business. You will identify opportunities, support community-led projects and help tell clear stories of impact.

You’ll partner with the Global Comms & Brand team and internal stakeholders to embed social impact into how we work, and lead projects independently with curiosity and practicality.

• Demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Proactive, well-organised and capable of leading projects independently.

Social Impact Manager Reece is a proud Australian business with more than 100 years’ experience supporting the trade. We’re also proud to support the Reece Foundation, an independent charity working with volunteer tradies and community partners to improve access to clean water and sanitation in communities that need it most. We’re looking for a Social Impact Manager to help grow the connection between the Reece Foundation and the Reece business. In this role, you’ll bring together people, partners and practical ideas to create meaningful community impact — from supporting projects and partnerships through to sharing stories that help more people understand and get involved in the Foundation’s work.

About the role

As Social Impact Manager, you’ll work closely with the Reece Foundation, our Global Comms & Brand team and stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, strengthen partnerships and support the delivery of community-led projects.

You’ll help embed the Foundation into the way Reece works, using our network, capability and reach to support its mission.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers and community partners.
• Identify and support project, grant and partnership opportunities through the Reece network.
• Create and manage content for Reece Foundation channels, helping tell clear and compelling stories of impact.
• Support governance, reporting and contractual obligations across social impact partnerships.
• Work with teams across Reece to support disaster relief, workplace giving, RAP goals and trade-focused community partnerships.

• You’re a confident communicator who can adapt your style and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
• You’re organised, proactive and comfortable leading projects independently.
