Job summary

Reece seeks a Social Impact Manager to grow the connection between the Reece Foundation and the Reece business. You’ll lead partnerships, embed the Foundation into daily operations, and help tell stories of impact across our network.

You’ll work with the Global Comms & Brand team and stakeholders to identify opportunities, manage social impact programs, governance and reporting, driving community-led outcomes across Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

Qualifications

• You have experience in ESG, social impact, partnerships, community development or a similar area.
• You’re a confident communicator who can adapt your style and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
• You’re organised, proactive and comfortable leading projects independently.
• You bring curiosity, creativity and a practical mindset to solving problems.
• You care about doing meaningful work and creating outcomes that last.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers and community partners.
• Identify and support project, grant and partnership opportunities through the Reece network.
• Create and manage content for Reece Foundation channels, helping tell clear and compelling stories of impact.
• Support governance, reporting and contractual obligations across social impact partnerships.
• Work with teams across Reece to support disaster relief, workplace giving, RAP goals and trade-focused community partnerships.
