Job summary

Reece is seeking a Social Impact Manager to grow the connection between the Reece Foundation and the business. You’ll identify opportunities, strengthen partnerships and support community-led projects, turning ideas into measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the Global Comms & Brand team, you’ll embed the Foundation across the organisation, tell compelling impact stories and collaborate with internal teams and community partners to advance ESG goals and disaster relief initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in ESG, social impact, partnerships, or community development.
• Confident communicator with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Organised, proactive, and able to lead projects independently.
• Curious, creative, and practical problem-solver.
• Driven to create lasting community outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers and partners.
• Identify and support opportunities through the Reece network.
• Create content for Reece Foundation channels to tell impact stories.
• Support governance, reporting and contractual obligations across partnerships.
• Collaborate across teams to support disaster relief and community initiatives.
