Qualifications

10+ years of agency experience in paid digital media
Empathetic, proactive coach with team mentoring
Strong focus on CPA and ROI metrics
Ability to simplify complex media concepts for stakeholders
Understanding how social complements programmatic and search

Responsibilities

Spearhead NAB’s social strategy across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and Snap
Drive ROI by acquiring customers efficiently and generating revenue for the client
Lead, coach, and nurture a three-person social team in a collaborative culture
Act as NAB’s digital consultant, delivering updates on platform opportunities
Translate platform data into actionable insights to guide proactive optimisations
