Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years’ experience creating social, digital or video content.
• Portfolio or examples showing ability to create engaging social-first content.
• Strong working knowledge of major social platforms and audience differences across them.
• Confident shooting content using smartphones and/or mirrorless cameras.
• Comfortable editing short-form video with tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar.
• Some experience with Adobe Creative Cloud; not required to be expert in all apps.
• Understanding basics of lighting, audio, composition for different social formats.
• Curiosity about generative AI and emerging creative tech; experience with AI tools is valued.

Aufgaben

• Create and produce social-first content including short-form video, photography, simple animation and platform-native formats.
• Script, storyboard, shoot, edit, caption and deliver ideas from concept through to execution.
• Create content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Stay across social trends and platform features; bring opportunities to the team.
• Bring a creator mindset to briefs to make ideas natural and engaging.
• Produce content quickly when required while maintaining brand standards and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with creatives and producers to adapt larger campaigns into social-ready content.
• Experiment with AI-enabled tools to support ideation, production, editing and development within risk frameworks.
• Help test new production techniques, workflows and technology.
• Contribute ideas and inspiration to the CBAGENCY team.
• Learn from senior production specialists and develop craft across shooting, editing, sound, lighting.
• Use performance learnings to improve future work.
