Job summary

Brand Collective is seeking a Group Social Content & Creator Manager in Melbourne to lead our in-house social content strategy, build creator and influencer relationships, and drive organic and paid performance across our iconic brands.

You will develop an always-on TikTok and short-form content calendar, shoot and direct native content, and partner with Performance Marketing to translate learnings into paid creative—across Reebok, Champion, Superdry and more.

Qualifications

• Proven success building an organic TikTok presence from the ground up.
• Hands-on production: shooting and directing native social content.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating and managing creators and influencers.
• Strong understanding of TikTok/Instagram trends and engagement drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead social content strategy and create high-performing content.
• Build scalable creator and influencer relationships.
• Use insights to influence paid social creative.
• Plan, shoot, and direct TikTok and Instagram content.
