Job summary

HammondCare is seeking a Social Club Manager to lead a passionate team delivering Social Club services across Redcliffe, Carindale and Narangba. This permanent full-time role focuses on onboarding, assessment, and ongoing client support, driving service growth and high-quality outcomes for all participants.

The position requires a Certificate IV in Aged Care or equivalent, with experience in community aged care management and CHSP Social Club operations, plus strong leadership and financial

• Experience in Community Aged Care management.
• Experience running a CHSP Social Club.
• Demonstrated ability to use initiative and problem solve with limited supervision.
• Strong organisational abilities, time management and prioritisation in a busy environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Experience managing a team of skilled professionals.
• Current driver’s licence and safe driving record.
• Willingness to travel between HammondCare sites and services.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy and patience.

Responsibilities

• Aid in recruiting and leading staff, managing budgets, ensuring quality and overseeing all aspects of care provision at the Social Club.
• Provide strong and effective leadership, direction and oversight of operation of the Social Club.
• Operate social club inline with CHSP Operational Manual.
• Operate club inline with Aged Care Act and Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Achieve targeted outputs for social club.
• Provide staff and volunteers with support and advice on daily operational care issues.
