Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate and review engaging social, recreational and therapeutic activities that are resident-focused.
• Lead and support Social Care Assistants and volunteers.
• Develop strong relationships with local community groups and partners.
• Facilitate resident meetings and encourage resident input in planning activities.
• Develop and maintain a vibrant volunteer program.
• Maintain records, program registers and social care documentation.
• Manage social care resources, inventory and expenditure within budget.
• Contribute to facility management meetings and social care planning.
• Support compliance with policies, legislation and standards.
• Participate in professional development and quality improvement activities.
• Promote a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
