Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a Security Engineer - SOAR to join its Cyber team in Australia. The role focuses on designing and maintaining SOAR playbooks, automations, and advanced threat detection while aligning with ACSC requirements.

Your work will span cloud/hybrid security, incident response optimization, and collaboration with stakeholders to elevate client security environments. This position offers hybrid work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cybersecurity engineering across infrastructure, network, endpoint and cloud.
• Experience implementing FortiSOAR to reduce recurring tickets.
• Experience designing cloud or hybrid security solutions and ACSC ISM alignment.
• Familiarity with Australian cyber regulation and standards (Essential Eight, SOCI, NIST, ISM).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SOAR playbooks and automation workflows.
• Refine SOAR methodologies and supporting collateral.
• Research and propose automation opportunities to streamline incident response.
• Optimize detection rules and use case logic across security tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to configure security tools for peak performance.
• Develop comprehensive security procedures and documentation.
