Job summary

Pra is seeking four Senior Snowflake Platform Engineers to build and run an enterprise-scale Snowflake platform for a major Australian bank. This is a hands-on role focused on architecture, security, automation, and operations rather than SQL reporting or ETL development.

You will design foundations, implement governance to banking standards, automate deployments with CI/CD and IaC, and establish monitoring and support processes to ready the platform for large data workloads.

Qualifications

• Senior Snowflake platform experience in large, regulated environments.
• Hands-on with platform security, governance and access controls.
• Proven automation of deployments via CI/CD and IaC.

Senior Snowflake Platform Engineers x4 | Big 4 Australian Bank

We're looking for four senior, hands-on Snowflake specialists to build and run an enterprise-scale Snowflake platform for one of Australia's largest financial services brands.

This isn't a SQL, reporting or ETL development role.

The bank needs platform engineers who have personally built, secured, automated and operated Snowflake in large, regulated environments, and who can do it again from the ground up.

You’ll be a core part of the team that:

• Designs the platform foundations and architecture
• Implements governance, security and access controls to banking standards
• Automates deployments and infrastructure through CI/CD and infrastructure as code
• Sets up the operational processes, monitoring and support model
• Gets the platform ready for enterprise-scale data workloads
