Findex is seeking a proactive Wealth Management Client Services Officer in Sydney for a 12-month max-term contract, part-time (2 days per week) and office‑based. You will manage administrative tasks, lodging tax returns, ATO correspondence, ASIC requirements, and invoicing to support our SMSF team and advisers.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of administrative tasks, including lodging tax returns and ATO correspondence.
• Attend to ASIC requirements and new entity establishments.
• Process orders for SMSF-related legal documents.
• Manage invoicing and WIP while liaising with advisers and staff.
• Communicate with accountants and partners to ensure service excellence.
