Job summary

HTS Constructions invites applications for an SMP Superintendent to lead SMP operations on a FIFO 2:2 roster. The role focuses on building SMP capability, ensuring safe and efficient project execution while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will mentor Supervisors, coordinate with engineers, and drive on-site performance. Flights, accommodation, and meals are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Leadership and Management or equivalent demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Diploma of Project Management or equivalent demonstrated project leadership.
• Trade Qualification relevant to SMP construction supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SMP Supervisors for on-site operations and safety compliance.
• Develop SMP team capabilities through mentoring and leadership growth.
• Coordinate SMP construction activities with schedules, budgets, and specifications.
