Job summary

Primero is seeking an established SMP Superintendent with major project experience to join a long-term Desalination Plant project in Australia. The role operates on a FIFO 2:1 roster with dayshift and nightshift options, reporting to site management.

You will lead multiple Supervisors across Structural/Mechanical/Piping scopes and drive safety and quality on site. Working with Primero you’ll plan, execute and overseeing construction activities, liaising with client representatives and

Qualifications

• Experience with major concrete packages.
• Ability to lead supervision teams.
• Strong HSE understanding and implementation.
• Experience with FIFO rosters.
• Ability to develop SMP construction methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan works to ensure resources meet the project scope.
• Ensure data for robust projects and financial control.
• Set up the supervision team for safe site operations.
• Build client relationships to maximise opportunities.
