Job summary

Clough Ltd. seeks a Mechanical Supervisor for our Perdaman project in Karratha, Western Australia. This site-based role reports to the Construction Manager and oversees mechanical activities, including rotating equipment, to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers, engineers and labour teams, maintain documentation, and uphold SMP system standards while working on a demanding 19:9 roster.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in a supervisory role in construction.
• Proven experience supervising mechanical/rotating equipment scope.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical activities on-site, including rotating equipment scope.
• Ensure work meets drawings, specs, safety regs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and discipline supervisors.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to meet milestones.
• Inspect installations and conduct quality checks.
• Prepare site reports, logs, and progress documentation.
