Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced SMP/Rigging Supervisor to join our PNG operations based in PNG on a 4:2 roster. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and supervise daily activities of work crews while ensuring compliance with HSE requirements.

You will bring 5+ years of supervisory experience in oil & gas or mining, a SMP/Rigging background with rope access preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage a national workforce in

• 5+ years’ supervisory experience in oil and gas or mining sectors.
• SMP / Rigging background, Rope Access preferred.
• Proven leadership skills to mentor and motivate a national workforce in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment.
• Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport.
• Experience working in PNG or remote locations (highly regarded).

Reporting to the Site Manager, this position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities of work crews; ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements; and ensuring that the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring:

• 5+ years’ supervisory experience working in oil and gas or mining sectors
• SMP / Rigging background, Rope Access preferred
