Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Work Pack and Completions Coordinator to join our PNG Operations team, based in the Brisbane office. This is a fixed-term opportunity with international travel required.

You will bring extensive operational, construction or maintenance experience and skills in compiling and managing construction work packages, completions, and handover. A trade background is preferred, with strong writing, communication and quality-management capabilities, and a commitment

Qualifications

• Extensive operational, construction or maintenance experience within the resources industry.
• Extensive experience in the compilation and management of construction work packages
• Experience in managing project completions and assisting in systemisation of work packages as well as project handover.
• Trade background preferred
• Previous experience in the use of digital work packaging and completion tools
• Confident user of the MS Office Suite.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to quality management and reporting.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.
