Harvey Norman Commercial Smart Technologies in Canberra seeks driven Sales Representatives to promote smart home, automation, and AV solutions across residential and commercial projects. You will combine consultative selling with project coordination, building strong relationships with developers, architects and end users.

The role is based at the ACT Mitchell Branch in a fast-paced retail environment, offering opportunities for commission-based rewards and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, FMCG, automotive sales, furniture sales, electronics, telco or similar customer-facing environments is highly regarded.
• Ability to talk lifestyle solutions and upsell to achieve KPIs.
• Strong customer connection and revenue-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and achieve individual KPI targets.
• Build complete solutions with upselling, not just single products.
• Maximise attachment sales, ASP, and sales per hour.
• Create repeat customers through exceptional service.
• Learn the product range inside and out and contribute to store performance.
• Collaborate with crew and close deals to deliver outcomes.
• Develop and grow automation and commercial AV sales opportunities.
• Design and specify integrated technology solutions for clients; prepare proposals and quotations.
