NAB in South East Melbourne is seeking a customer-obsessed Banking professional to join the Business Direct Small Business team. You will support Small Business customers with lending requests and provide tailored banking solutions to help grow their business and personal banking needs.

The role emphasizes rapid movement, revenue growth, and strong collaboration with Retail Branches and Broker networks to improve portfolio performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Lending experience in business banking or retail banking.
• Excellent understanding of the SME Market.
• Strong customer and relationship management.
• Problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills.
