Job summary

NAB in Coffs Harbour is seeking a customer-focused banking professional to support Small Business lending requests and deliver tailored banking solutions. You will drive revenue growth, strengthen customer advocacy, and deepen relationships with customers seeking business and home lending options.

You will collaborate with Retail Branches and Broker networks to improve portfolio performance and deliver superior customer outcomes, contributing to NAB’s customer-obsessed culture and SME market

Qualifications

• Lending experience in business or retail banking.
• Strong understanding of the SME market.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships.

• Own it by understanding our customers’ needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions.
• Win together by engaging and building relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes.

• Lending experience in business banking or retail banking
• Excellent understanding of the SME Market
• Strong customer and relationship management
