Aufgaben

• Support customers throughout their therapy journey with education and coaching.

• Follow up with customers to build relationships and support successful outcomes.
• Fit customers with masks and equipment following training.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Complete product training and stay up to date on ResMed's solutions.
• Process sales transactions, payments, and administrative tasks accurately.
• Maintain and manage trial equipment used by customers.
• Contribute to clinic growth with a proactive, team-focused approach.
