Resmed is seeking a Sleep Coach at our Hornsby clinic to deliver outstanding customer experiences and guide customers on their sleep health journey. This full-time retail role involves educating clients, matching products to needs, and supporting therapy outcomes in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

You’ll work with a supportive team, complete product training, and contribute to clinic growth while helping customers sleep better and feel their best every day.

Qualifications

• Retail or front-line customer service experience.
• Ability to listen, understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Comfort with achieving sales targets and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store and over the phone.
• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Support customers throughout their therapy journey with education and ongoing coaching.
• Achieve individual and clinic sales targets through genuine customer engagement.
• Follow up with customers to build relationships and support successful therapy outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Process sales transactions, payments, and administrative tasks accurately.
