Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management in Beresfield NSW is seeking an experienced HR Driver for a permanent, full‑time role. You will operate a Hook Lift truck, load and unload waste, and deliver to recycling and disposal facilities while upholding safety and customer service.

The ideal candidate holds a HR licence with 12 months’ experience, is available for an early 4:30am start, has a clean driving record, and will complete pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol checks.

• Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol testing.
• Available for an early morning start (4:30am).
• Clean driving record and strong customer service ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Hook Lift truck and handle loading/unloading of waste.

• Maintain vehicle presentation inside and out.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and safety.

The Opportunity

With continued business growth, we now have a vacancy in our Beresfield depot.

• Operating a Hook Lift truck
• Performing loading and unloading duties of waste
• Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and out

You ideally will be an experienced HR driver

• Must have a HR LICENCE with 12 months experience
• Strong work background - Waste would be amazing
• Side lift experience desirable but not essential - Will train the right candidate
• Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol testing
• Must be available for an early morning start 4.30am
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service ethic
• Commitment to safety and willingness to work as part of a team
