The role requires at least two years in retail or beauty therapy, a team-focused attitude, and the ability to demonstrate skincare techniques.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in retail or beauty therapy.
• Team player, professional and results-driven.
• Delivers exceptional guest experience.
• Demonstration of skincare consultations; comfortable touching client's skin.
• Mandarin-speaking skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty consultations and signature moments.
• Develop expertise in L'Occitane products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master POS and clientele systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
