Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience with personalised beauty advice and signature moments.
• Develop expertise in L'Occitane products, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Assist in visual merchandising, stock management, and maintaining boutique spaces.
• Meet targets through product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master POS and clientele systems and represent the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
