Job summary

Project Skin in Macleod VIC is seeking a passionate Skin Therapist, Beauty Therapist or Dermal Therapist to join our welcoming team. With almost 30 years of experience, we offer a thriving salon, loyal clientele and a commitment to exceptional client care.

We provide ongoing education and modern treatments, including waxing and tinting, with Full-Time, Part-Time or Casual hours. The salon is closed Sundays and Mondays, offering a guaranteed two-day weekend, and laser/IPL experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Qualified Skin Therapist, Beauty Therapist or Dermal Therapist with relevant qualification.
• Passionate about skin health and results-driven treatments.
• Loves learning and expanding knowledge in techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skin treatments and provide exceptional client care.

We are searching for someone who brings more than technical skills, we want a therapist who shares our passion for skin, our commitment to exceptional client care and our enthusiasm for continued growth.

You’ll be a great fit if you’re someone who:

• Is a qualified Skin Therapist, Beauty Therapist or Dermal Therapist with a genuine passion for skin health and results-driven treatments.
• Have a relevant qualification in Beauty therapy or Dermal science (required).
• Loves learning, embracing new techniques and continually expanding their knowledge.
• Takes pride in delivering high standard treatments and creating beautiful client experiences.
• Understands the importance of making every client feel comfortable, confident and genuinely cared for.
• Is a positive, motivated team player who values collaboration, communicates well and takes initiative.
• Is committed to high standards, personal growth and contributing to a happy, thriving workplace.

Experience with laser and IPL would be a wonderful bonus!
