Job summary

MySkin Clinics Pty in Victoria is seeking a passionate beauty therapist to join a professional, friendly team focused on client care and delivering high-quality treatments.

You will work with medical-grade equipment, including laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation, while expanding skills through ongoing training and opportunities for career progression; a strong emphasis on customer service and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Beauty or Dermal Therapy is required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in the beauty industry is required.
• Previous laser experience is favourable.
• Availability across weeknights and weekends is required.
• Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
• Commitment to ongoing training and development.
• Proven experience in building client relationships, understanding needs and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Operate medical-grade equipment for laser hair removal, pigmentation, vascular, and anti-ageing treatments including laser hair removal, clinical peels, microdermabrasion and microneedling.
• Consult and recommend individual skin and laser treatment plans for clients.
• Partake in ongoing training to ensure you are continuously developing your skills and offering up-to-date treatments.
• Work as a team to achieve clinic budgets.
• General reception and clinic maintenance.
• Proven experience in building client relationships, understanding needs and delivering results.
• Retail and sales experience.
