Job summary

KCS HEALTH PTY LTD in Thomastown, Victoria, is seeking an experienced meat worker to join our boning room team. You will bone beef and calf carcasses to our standards and deliver clean, precise cuts with strong attention to weight and presentation.

You must have proven boning experience, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work in a cold environment while maintaining hygiene and safety. Reliability, punctuality and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience boning beef and/or calf.
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to consistently deliver clean boning, accurate trimming, and maximum weight on primals.
• Understanding of meat processing hygiene and safety regulations.
• Physically fit and able to work in a cold environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
