Job summary
Wests Group Macarthur is recruiting qualified Chefs and Cooks to join our vibrant hospitality venues across Campbelltown, Gledswood Hills, The Sherwood and Lakeside Camden. If you hold relevant Commercial Cookery qualifications and a passion for producing high quality meals, we’d love to hear from you.
Flexible availability is essential, including nights, weekends and the Christmas period. A full driver’s licence, immaculate personal presentation and strong food safety knowledge are required,
Qualifications
- Must hold relevant Commercial Cookery qualifications.
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
- Able to work over peak Christmas/New Year period.
- Full driver’s licence and own car.
- Excellent time management and initiative.
- Exceptional communication and customer service.
- Immaculate personal presentation, hygiene and grooming.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, WHS and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality meals and exceptional dining experiences during peak trading periods.
