Wests Group Macarthur is recruiting qualified chefs and cooks to join our hospitality venues across Campbelltown, Gledswood Hills, Macarthur and Camden. If you have strong work ethic and passion for high-quality meals, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements include relevant commercial cookery qualifications, flexible availability including nights and weekends, and a full driver's licence with own transport.

About You

If you are someone who displays a strong work ethic and has the appetite and passion to produce high quality meals, we'd love to hear from you. In addition, you must have:

• Relevant Commercial Cookery trade qualifications (for Chef positions)


• Flexible availability including nights and weekends


• Availability to work over the Christmas and New Year period


• A full drivers licence and use of own car


• Excellent time management skills, a positive attitude and a strong sense of initiative


• Exceptional communication and customer service skills


• An immaculate standard of personal presentation, hygiene and grooming


• Knowledge of food safety requirements, hygiene standards, operating procedures and WHS and regulatory guidelines

Availability Requirements

Being part of our culinary team means helping deliver exceptional experiences during our peak trading periods. As such, you'll need to be available to work:

• Evenings and late nights


• Public holidays


• The Christmas and New Year period, including Christmas Day and New Year's Eve
