Job summary

M&M Bricklaying Pty Ltd is seeking a Bricklayer for a permanent, full-time role at 41 Piper Street, Fawkner, VIC. You will build durable structures using bricks, blocks and other masonry materials, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality in a long-term position.

The role requires reading plans, accurate laying, and the ability to work with the team to meet project deadlines. AQF Certificate III or higher and at least 1 year of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• AQF Certificate III or higher in bricklaying with at least 1 year of experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction specs.
• Proficiency in laying bricks, blocks, and stones to spec.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for each job.
• Lay bricks, blocks and masonry to required alignment and level.
• Work safely at heights and follow OHS requirements.
• Plan, organise and manage work to meet deadlines.
• Carry out basic masonry installations and finishings.
