Job summary

Ability Enterprises is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee Resource Recovery and Recycle Market operations in the Toowoomba region. This hands-on leadership role focuses on guiding frontline staff, maintaining high WHS standards and delivering excellent customer service across the site.

You will supervise daily operations, coordinate staffing, support training, and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements while driving efficient site performance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a frontline or operational team.
• Strong understanding of WHS principles and compliance.
• Organised, with good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Current Queensland Driver Licence; First Aid/ CPR and Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise frontline operational teams.
• Coordinate daily site operations, workflow and staffing.
• Support employee training, development and performance.
• Promote a strong safety culture and site compliance.
• Manage customer enquiries and resolve operational issues.
• Complete site inspections, records and operational reporting.
• Support safe operation of plant and equipment.
