Gallery Group is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate the construction of multiple homes across North Brisbane, including single and double-storey houses and townhouses. You will lead on-site teams, manage subcontractors, and uphold safety, quality, and budget controls.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified with hands-on carpentry or building experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and tradespeople.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles.
• Proficient with construction/project management software (Onsite Companion preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong time-management abilities.
• Experience with a recognised residential builder.

Responsibilities

• Uphold OH&S principles and maintain a safe working environment.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction activities with focus on quality, safety, and budget.
• Ensure projects meet regulatory and compliance standards.
• Foster relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Enforce rigorous quality control across all sites.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project teams on technical and design challenges.
• Maintain real-time project updates using workflow and construction management systems.
