Job summary

GrainCorp is seeking a Site Supervisor at Red Bend, NSW to oversee a team of grain handlers and help ensure the site runs safely and efficiently. You will support the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing grain receivals and out-loading during normal and peak seasons.

You will develop and maintain relationships with growers and customers, stay aware of local priorities, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to foster effective grower groups and operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise grain handlers to keep the site safe and efficient.
• Assist Site Manager and Area Manager in planning and resourcing grain receivals and out-loads during normal and peak seasons.
• Manage grain receivals and outloads in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with growers and customers; stay aware of local priorities and issues.
• Develop and maintain grower groups and liaise with internal and external customers.

• Supervising a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently
• Assisting the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during both normal and peak season periods
• Managing the grain receivals and outload in safe and efficient manner.
• Developing and maintaining business relationships, specifically with growers and customers; and maintain awareness of local priorities and issues.
• Developing & maintaining effective Grower group/s and dealing closely with internal and external customers
