GrainCorp is recruiting a Site Supervisor in Parkes to lead a team of grain handlers, ensure safe site operations and support planning for receivals and out-loading during peak periods. The role emphasizes strong stakeholder relations with growers and customers and requires active involvement in ensuring efficient grain handling.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Manager to deliver safe, reliable operations and maintain focus on local priorities and safety programs.

• Supervising a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently
• Assisting the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during normal and peak seasons
• Managing the grain receivals and outload in a safe and efficient manner
• Developing and maintaining business relationships with growers and customers; maintaining awareness of local priorities and issues
• Developing and maintaining effective Grower groups and dealing closely with internal and external customers

Role: Site Supervisor

Location: Parkes

Rate: from $40 per hour

This role contributes by:

• Supervising a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently
• Assisting the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during both normal and peak season periods
• Managing the grain receivals and outload in safe and efficient manner.
• Developing and maintaining business relationships, specifically with growers and customers; and maintain awareness of local priorities and issues.
• Developing & maintaining effective Grower group/s and dealing closely with internal and external customers
