Job summary

GrainCorp in Condobolin is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a team of grain handlers and ensure the site operates safely and efficiently.

You will assist the Site Manager and Area Manager with planning, resourcing, receivals and out-loading of grain during normal and peak seasons, and manage grain receivals and outloads safely.

This role focuses on developing relationships with growers and customers while supporting local priorities and issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently
• Assisting the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during both normal and peak season periods
• Managing the grain receivals and outload in safe and efficient manner
• Developing and maintaining business relationships, specifically with growers and customers; and maintain awareness of local priorities and issues
• Developing & maintaining effective Grower group/s and dealing closely with internal and external customers
