Ocean Landscapes is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Site Supervisor to lead high-end residential projects across the Central Coast, Hunter Valley and Sydney's North Shore. You will manage daily site operations, mentor tradespeople and ensure premium workmanship on every project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising landscape construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural landscaping, paving, retaining walls, decking, drainage, concreting and finishes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple site priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to the wider team.

Responsibilities

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced landscape construction professional who thrives on delivering complex, high-quality residential projects.

You’ll be responsible for managing daily site operations, leading your team and ensuring every project is completed to Ocean Landscapes' premium standards.

You’ll work closely with our Project Managers, Directors and construction team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
