Job summary
John Holland is seeking a Supervisor for the Logan Hospital Expansion Stage 2 project in Australia. You will lead a services workforce on site, coordinating daily activities and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient delivery and successful milestones.
You will oversee installation, later transition to commissioning, and work with teams to optimise productivity while managing interfaces with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising services works on Health or similar construction projects.
- Strong ability to plan, coordinate and deliver site activities.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and design documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
- Drive a strong safety, health, and environmental culture across all works.
- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and short-term construction activities.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Prepare and deliver accurate progress reports, shift handovers, and project updates.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and performance within delegated authority.
- Review drawings, designs, and project documentation to support delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while promoting proactive risk management.
