Thales is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily depot activities and a dedicated team across Australia, ensuring safety, compliance and operational excellence. The role sits within our EOS (Explosive Ordnance Services) team and supports sovereign capability through robust logistics management.
You will mentor staff, drive performance, and uphold Defence regulations while coordinating administration and continuous improvement across multiple depots nationwide.
Our Explosive Ordnance Services (EOS) team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. Within our logistics services business there are 17+ depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.
As Site Supervisor, you will lead daily depot activities, supervise a dedicated team, and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence are maintained. This is an opportunity to combine your leadership, logistics and Defence experience in a role that directly contributes to Australia’s sovereign capability.
You will lead by example, fostering a strong safety culture while supporting your team to achieve operational objectives and continuously improve site performance.
A Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance. #LI-DZ1
