Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is seeking an experienced site supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day site delivery on multiple Sydney projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure work is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage site reporting, and maintain WHS&E and QA compliance while keeping projects moving and maintaining strong client relationships across commercial and residential teams.

Qualifications

• Commercial or residential construction experience required.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $1M+.
• White Card required.
• Ability reading plans, drawings and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day site operations and drive the construction programme.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and service trades.
• Maintain WHS&E, QA and site reporting requirements.
• Ensure a high standard of workmanship and finishes.
• Manage site issues and keep projects moving.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
