Programmed GO is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee fabrication and mechanical services across client sites. You will lead trades teams, allocate daily tasks, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will manage labour and material records, mentor apprentices, read engineering drawings, and coordinate with clients to meet project requirements.
Due to continued growth, Programmed is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to join our team and oversee the day-to-day activities of our Fabrication and Mechanical Services operations across client sites.
Reporting to the Site Manager, this is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the effective coordination, supervision and allocation of work across our skilled trades teams and apprentices.
You will play a key role in ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality, while maintaining strong relationships with our clients and supporting the successful delivery of projects.
