Job summary

Mckinnel Associates is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage approximately 6–7 residential projects across Sydney's Inner West. This hands-on role focuses on guiding custom homes, renovations and extensions from start to finish, coordinating trades and maintaining high workmanship and safety standards.

You will report to the Construction Manager and work within established systems, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction. A company car is provided with the package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in residential construction.
• Experience supervising custom homes, renovations or extensions.
• Hands-on site management coordinating trades.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills.
• Ability to follow established systems within a tight-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day construction of custom homes, renovations and extensions in Sydney's Inner West.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to meet standards and timelines.
• Monitor construction schedules and progress across allocated projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality and compliance with plans.
• Manage site safety and WHS compliance.
• Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays.
• Maintain site documentation and update schedules and systems.
• Liaise with clients and report progress to the Construction Manager.
• Work with Construction Manager to meet milestones and quality standards.
