Job summary

GrainCorp in Condobolin is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee a team of grain handlers and ensure safe, efficient site operations. You will assist the Site Manager in planning receivals and out-loading during normal and peak seasons, and manage grain receivals and outloads accordingly.

The role emphasizes developing relationships with growers and customers, maintaining awareness of local priorities, and fostering effective grower groups.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently
• Assisting the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during both normal and peak season periods
• Managing the grain receivals and outload in safe and efficient manner.
• Developing and maintaining business relationships, specifically with growers and customers; and maintain awareness of local priorities and issues.
• Developing & maintaining effective Grower group/s and dealing closely with internal and external customers

Job description

Role: Site Supervisor
Location: Condobolin
Rate: from $40 per hour

This role contributes by:
