CGC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor in Perth, WA to lead a major industrial redevelopment for a national contractor. The role focuses on coordinating trades, managing day-to-day site activities, and delivering programme milestones on a $30m design-and-construct project.

You will work in a live environment, ensuring safety, quality and minimal disruption while driving performance across structural, civil, and building services trades.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a highly regarded national construction contractor delivering a significant industrial redevelopment in Perth.

We're partnering with an established builder with a strong reputation across commercial, industrial and infrastructure construction. With a substantial project portfolio and ongoing work across WA, this is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced delivery team on a technically challenging metropolitan project.

The Opportunity

You’ll be involved in the delivery of a $30m design-and-construct industrial facility redevelopment, incorporating new warehouse infrastructure, significant civil works, structural construction and complex building services upgrades.

With construction taking place within a live operational environment, the project requires detailed staging, strong subcontractor coordination and a proactive approach to programme, safety and quality.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on Supervisor who enjoys technically challenging projects and wants to be involved in delivering a significant commercial and industrial development.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities, subcontractors and construction works.
• Coordinate structural, civil, architectural and building services trades.
• Manage construction sequencing, short-term programming and daily site operations.
• Oversee works within a live operational environment, ensuring minimal disruption to existing activities.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, quality and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.

About You

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand within commercial or industrial construction.
• Experience delivering warehouse, logistics, industrial or commercial new-build projects.
• Strong understanding of structural construction, civil works and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience working within live operational environments highly regarded.
• Excellent communication, planning and leadership skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and programme delivery.
• Relevant trade background or construction qualifications preferred.
