PCH Civil is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day site activities, coordinate crews, and manage project progress. You will plan tasks, allocate resources, and ensure safety on a civil construction site.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will read plans, supervise plant and subcontractors, and maintain quality and schedule. FIFO project experience is viewed favourably, with a focus on leadership and on-site efficiency.

About you

You will have:

• Experience supervising crews in civil construction.
• A practical understanding of earthworks, plant and site operations.
• The ability to read plans and coordinate work on site.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A commitment to safety and quality.
• A current driver’s licence and Construction White Card.

Relevant qualifications, tickets and experience on FIFO projects will be viewed favourably.
