Job summary

Moits is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to take ownership of site operations for civil and bulk earthworks projects in Sydney Metro. You will oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time delivery in line with project specifications.

Join a well-established contractor delivering major projects across NSW. You will lead crews, coordinate subcontractors and plant, read plans, and ensure WHS and environmental requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising civil and bulk earthworks projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methodology and site operations.
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors and plant.
• Ability to read plans and understand project specifications.
• Relevant tickets/licences and White Card are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across civil and bulk earthworks projects.
• Supervise site crews, subcontractors and plant.
• Coordinate labour, materials, equipment and resources.
• Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Monitor quality and project requirements to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain site records, documentation and reporting.
• Ensure WHS and environmental requirements are met.
