Job summary

MOITS is seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on civil and bulk earthworks sites in Sydney. You will supervise crews, subcontractors and plant, read plans, and drive delivery to program while upholding WHS standards.

Join a well-established civil contractor and work closely with Project Managers and engineers to ensure quality and on-time project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising civil and bulk earthworks projects (read plans and specs).
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site operations.
• Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors and plant.

Site Supervisor – Civil & Bulk Earthworks

Moits is a well-established civil and bulk earthworks contractor delivering major projects across Sydney and NSW.

We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team and take ownership of site operations across a range of civil and bulk earthworks projects.

This is a great opportunity for a Supervisor who wants more than just ticking boxes, you’ll have genuine responsibility for your sites, work closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership team, and play a key role in successful project delivery.

The Role

You’ll take charge of the day-to-day running of your site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to program.
