Job summary

Rokon, a leading civil contractor in Victoria, seeks a Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations on diverse Melbourne projects. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will coordinate labour, plant and materials, supervise subcontractors, and ensure work is performed safely, on time and to spec.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate labour, plant and materials to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure all works comply with project specifications and requirements.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor project performance, budgets and key deliverables while proactively identifying and addressing issues.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, client meetings, handovers and project sign-offs.

Site Supervisor

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and motivated Site Supervisors to join our team and play a key role in delivering successful projects across Melbourne.

About the Role

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

About You
